Applications:
ARBO centrifugal pumps are ideal for any application where corrosive or abrasive liquids need to be pumped, whilst at the same time, the highest reliability at the lowest operational costs are required.
Close-coupled model KR, horizontal
With this compact construction method, the impeller is mounted directly onto an extended motor shaft and therefore a separate bearing housing, flexible coupling and even a base plate are not necessary. Thanks to this, the number of wearing parts is reduced considerably in relation to conventional long-coupled pumps. Between the impeller and the bearing housing, a mechanical seal ensures a leak proof and airtight sealing.

- Less space requirement
- Less alignment necessary
- Less maintenance thanks to less wearing parts
Close-coupled Model KRV, vertical
With the same features as the horizontal version, however vertically mounted and therefore even less floor space required.
Other features:
- In-line installation possible
- The suction adapter may be rotated by 90º with respect to the discharge adapter, giving maximum flexibility for installation
Long-coupled Model TK
With this version, the pump is equipped with a bearing housing outside the liquid zone, creating great stability for the impeller and mechanical seals. The bearing housing is constructed in such a way that the shaft, complete with bearings, can be inserted like a cartridge. The pump is entirely assembled on a ugged GFR polyester base plate, with excellent chemical- resistance properties.
The pumps are constructed according to the "back-pull out" system and the rotating part of the pump may be removed for maintenance, whilst the piping can remain in position.
