Applications
ARBO filters are designed for the filtration of corrosive liquids. For practically any liquid that contains inorganic or organic contaminants that need to be removed, a filter system can be combined from standard components from the different product groups.
Every process has its own specific needs. Al the requirements can be determined in close co-operation with the end user and/or system designer, which is the basis for the most appropriate solutions.
A proper filter system always consists of a well-balanced combination of a pump and filter in order to achieve an ideal filtration process and filter life. We can offer the following possibilities:
Filter systems
- Model IC for wound cartridges 1 - 150 microns
- Model MP with separate filter package for a wide variety of filter cartridges or discs of 0.2 - 150 microns
- Model HD for a wide variety of filter cartridges of 1 - 150 microns at an operating pressure of max. 6 Bar.
- Model FIB for filter bags of 1 - 1200 microns
- Model KO for filtration with activated carbon for organic contamination
- Model KR centrifugal pump with mechanical seals for dirty or sludgy liquids
- Model AM magnetic drive pump for liquids with particles <150 microns
- Model AMT turbine magnetic drive pump for high-pressure filtration of liquids with particles <150 microns
- Model DO immersible pumps without shaft seals for either dirty or clean liquids
- Model DO-BB vertical centrifugal pumps without shaft seals for installation outside the process tank
