Production methods

Thanks to a special tension-free production methodusing solid materials, a superior chemical and temperature resistance is achieved.  

All parts that may come in contact with the liquid are produced at the ARBO works from solid plastics. An extensive and modern machine shop is available for the manufacturing process. Due to ongoing production automation using CNC machines, a very high degree of reproducibility and quality is assured. All waste materials are recycled, in order to save production costs and the environment.

The ARBO machine shop comprices:

In the well equipped plastics welding department, the following techniques are practised:
•  Hot-air manual welding
•  Extrusion welding
•  Welding machines for butt and polyfusion welding
